Quality Quest for Health is a collaborative committed to bringing people and resources together to make our COMMUNITIES as healthy as they can possibly be. We work with patients, practitioners, employers, and health plans to identify ways we can improve effectiveness of preventive services, increase HEALTHY lifestyles and IMPROVE CARE for chronic conditions.

Quest efforts are specifically focused on the health and well being of people throughout central Illinois. Together with COLLABORATORS in our communities, we identify programs that will have a positive impact on people in our region, map out a plan, measure our progress and then share our RESULTS in an open and constructive way. Our goal is to effect lasting and positive change in our region, and then leverage our LEADERSHIP and success to benefit people throughout the nation.
